How does a hoodie and jacket program raise money for a club?

A club buys hoodies at $28.99 (or $22.61 at 100+) and sells them to families at $45 to $55; a varsity jacket bought at $85.99 sells at $130 to $150. A club of 150 players that sells one hoodie per family and 30 jackets to the senior team clears roughly $3,000 to $4,000 in a single pre-order window, enough to cover tournament entries or referee fees. Because the minimum is 10 per design and there are no setup fees, the club can run the pre-order first and order exactly what was sold, with no leftover stock. The fundraiser guide has a pre-order template.

Which pieces sell best?

• Pullover hoodie ($28.99): 320 GSM cotton-poly fleece, embroidered or sublimated crest, optional player name and number on the back. The volume seller for every age group.
• Senior / class hoodie ($25.99): the year on the front, every graduating student's name printed on the back, the classic for high schools and club graduating classes.
• Varsity jacket ($85.99): wool-blend body, leather-look sleeves, chenille letter and patches, embroidered name; see the varsity jacket guide.
• Puffer ($70.99) and tracksuit ($55.99): the coach and travel-team pieces.
• Polo ($17.99): coaches, officials and club volunteers.

Everything is on the off-field page.

Embroidery, sublimation and names: what is included

A left-chest embroidered crest up to 10,000 stitches is included on hoodies, polos, puffers and tracksuits; larger back embroidery is quoted. Sublimated panels on hoodies allow full-colour graphics on a polyester face. Player names and numbers on the back are included on every piece, and the senior hoodie's full-roster back print is included in the $25.99. Varsity jackets include the chenille letter, back patch and embroidered name. All of this appears on the free mockup before anything is made.

Running spirit wear for a league or a whole school

A league or school district usually wants one base design with a variant per club or per team: same hoodie, same crest position, a different colour and team name. Sublimation and embroidery handle that inside one order with one price, so a league of 12 clubs can run a single pre-order with a 12-option form. For businesses sponsoring a club, the sponsor logo can be added to the sleeve of the club hoodie at no extra cost, which is a common way clubs secure sponsorship.

Timing: when clubs and schools order

• Back to school and fall sports: approve by July for an August delivery.
• Holiday pre-orders: approve by late October for delivery before mid-December.
• Senior and graduation hoodies: approve by February for spring delivery.
• Championship and all-star jackets: 3–4 weeks after the result, 2 weeks on rush.
