Custom Team Uniforms for Virginia, From NoVA to Hampton Roads

Virginia sits right next door to Gallian Sports' base in Ellicott City, Maryland, and its teams order across many sports. Northern Virginia lacrosse and soccer clubs, Richmond-area football programs, and Hampton Roads basketball and 7v7 teams in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake all order sublimated uniforms with names and numbers included. Every order begins with a free mockup within 24 hours.

How do Virginia's regions differ in what they play?

Quite a bit. Northern Virginia is one of the busiest youth lacrosse and soccer areas on the East Coast, with large clubs in Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun counties; see our Northern Virginia page for more on that area. Those clubs order lacrosse uniforms in winter and soccer kits in summer.

Hampton Roads has a strong football and basketball tradition, and the Virginia Beach area has produced many college and NFL players, so football uniforms and 7v7 sets are common orders there. Richmond and Central Virginia split time between football, baseball and soccer, and Virginia Tech and UVA bring college sports to the Blue Ridge and Piedmont. Youth hockey is active around Northern Virginia and Richmond. Summers are hot and humid, and mountain areas get real winters. Your coach or athletic director should confirm current VHSL uniform rules before you approve a design.

When should Virginia teams order?

• Lacrosse: Spring high school seasons start in late February and club play follows; order in early January.
• Football: Practices begin in late July or early August. Approve your design in June.
• Soccer: Virginia high school soccer is played in spring, and club seasons run fall and spring; order six to eight weeks before your first match.
• Basketball: Winter seasons tip off in November, so collect sizes by early October.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 24-player U12 lacrosse club in Loudoun County

• 24 × Reversible Lacrosse Pinnies at $28.99 = $695.76
• 24 × Lacrosse Shorts with Side Pockets at $20.99 = $503.76
• Uniform subtotal: $1,199.52, or about $49.98 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.

What you pay, how fast it ships, and how payment works

Prices stay low because there is no middleman: you order straight from the maker, with no setup fees and no charge for player names and numbers on sublimated uniforms. Mixed youth and adult sizes count together toward the 8%, 15% and 22% volume discounts.

Turnaround is fast: a free design mockup inside 24 hours, then about 3–4 weeks for production and delivery, or roughly 2 weeks if you choose rush.

Payment is safe and predictable. Nothing is charged before you sign off on the mockup and a line-by-line quote. Once approved, you pay the full amount upfront by the method shown on the quote, and we start production. Verified production defects reported within 14 days get a credit note or return (see the payment policy and return policy).
