Gallian Sports, based in Ellicott City, Maryland, ships custom uniforms to Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, Owensboro and Covington, covering basketball sets, football uniforms, baseball and softball kits and soccer jerseys. Expect a free mockup within 24 hours, full-color logos and numbers included in the price, and a minimum of only 10 pieces per design.

Why does basketball dominate Kentucky's sports calendar?

Basketball is a way of life in Kentucky, with fierce college loyalties split between Lexington and Louisville. The Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) holds the Sweet Sixteen, a single-class state tournament where small schools can meet big ones, and that tradition turns local basketball uniforms into a real source of town pride. AAU and middle school teams keep the demand going well beyond the varsity season.

Football has a strong following in Louisville, Northern Kentucky and the mountain towns, and programs generally order football uniforms in spring. Baseball and softball fill the spring, with travel teams playing on through summer. Soccer is a fall high school sport that has grown quickly in Louisville and Lexington clubs, so soccer kits are frequent orders. Kentucky's humid summers and raw, damp winters mean teams need both light game jerseys and warm hoodies for the bleachers.
