Newfoundland and Labrador season calendar: when to order uniforms

• Hockey: Minor hockey starts in September. Teams in Labrador or on the west coast should approve designs in July to allow for longer transit.
• Soccer: Outdoor soccer is mainly a summer sport here, from about June. Order kits by March or April.
• School volleyball: Volleyball is one of the busiest school sports in the province. Start mockups at the beginning of the school year.
• Graduation wear: Graduating classes should collect names by January so hoodies arrive well before June.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.

Prices stay low because there is no middleman: you order straight from the maker, with no setup fees and no charge for player names and numbers on sublimated uniforms. Mixed youth and adult sizes count together toward the 8%, 15% and 22% volume discounts.

Turnaround is fast: a free design mockup inside 24 hours, then about 3–4 weeks for production and delivery, or roughly 2 weeks if you choose rush.

Payment is safe and predictable. Nothing is charged before you sign off on the mockup and a line-by-line quote. Once approved, you pay the full amount upfront by the method shown on the quote, and we start production. Verified production defects reported within 14 days get a credit note or return (see the payment policy and return policy).
