Shipping by region
Gallian Sports ships custom team uniforms to every US state and Canadian province. Delivery takes about 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your mockup, whether your team is in Maryland, Texas, California or Alaska. A 2-week rush is available when a season or tournament is close. Your quote shows the shipping cost before you pay. The timeline starts at approval, so the sooner you confirm sizes and design, the sooner your order ships.
Ordering from Canada
Canadian teams and clubs order the same way as US teams. Prices are listed in US dollars. For a quick estimate, multiply by about 1.41 to get Canadian dollars. Canadian shipping and duties are shown on your quote, so there are no surprises at delivery. The 10-piece minimum per design, free mockup and 3 to 4 week delivery all apply in every province, from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. A 2-week rush is also available.
In-person service in Maryland, DC and Virginia
Our team is based in Ellicott City, Maryland. Teams, schools and clubs in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia can arrange an in-person visit from the Maryland team. A visit helps when you want to talk through designs, see fabric, or sort out sizing with coaches and parents. Ask for a visit when you request a quote. Teams outside the region get the same service by email and phone, with the same pricing.
How remote ordering and sizing work
Most teams never meet us in person. Send your team name, colors, logo and roster. You get a free design mockup within 24 hours and can request free revisions. For sizing, have players measure a garment that fits well and compare it with the size chart. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed in one design. Collect all sizes before you approve, since custom items cannot be returned for change of mind.
How to order
- Send your idea. Share your team name, colors, logo (any file) and sport on WhatsApp, by email, or with the free AI mockup generator.
- Get a free mockup in 24 hours. Revisions are free until you approve the design.
- Send sizes, names and numbers. One roster sheet; youth and adult sizes can be mixed (minimum 10 pieces per design).
- Approve and pay. Your quote shows the tier price and shipping (plus duties for Canadian orders).
- Receive your uniforms. About 3–4 weeks after approval, or roughly 2 weeks on rush.
