What to sell

Sale prices are typical school and club fundraiser prices, not Gallian prices. Canadian teams see approximate CAD on every product page.

• Small team (20 hoodies): cost 20 × $28.99 = $579.80; sell at $45 = $900; profit about $320.
• Club (60 hoodies): cost 60 × $24.64 (50–99 tier) = $1,478.40; sell at $45 = $2,700; profit about $1,222.
• School (150 hoodies): cost 150 × $22.61 (100+ tier) = $3,391.50; sell at $48 = $7,200; profit about $3,808.

Pre-order vs buy-and-sell

Most school and club spirit wear sells between $40 and $55 for a hoodie. Price players' families slightly lower than fans and alumni if you want to reward members, or keep one price for simplicity. Round numbers ($45, $50) sell better than $47.50 and make cash sales at events easier. Add a few dollars for personalized names or numbers — buyers expect it and it lifts profit without raising your cost much.

Common fundraiser mistakes

• Ordering blind. Buying 100 hoodies without pre-orders often leaves boxes of youth smalls unsold.
• Too many colors. Each color or design needs its own 10-piece minimum, so stick to one or two.
• Forgetting shipping. Include shipping in your cost per piece before setting your price.
• Missing the holidays. A late order turns a gift sale into a January sale; open pre-orders early.
• No reorder plan. Keep your approved design on file so a second round takes a single message.

Design ideas that sell

• A clean crest on the chest with the team name down one sleeve.
• Player names and numbers on the back for "family" versions ("Smith #12 Mom").

Spirit wear sells to whole families, so expect a wide spread of sizes. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed in one order at the same price. If you are buying stock rather than pre-selling, a safe split for a school sale is roughly one-third youth and two-thirds adult, weighted toward adult M and L.
