What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order request we receive the details you choose to send us (name, team, email, phone, shipping address, logo files and order notes), usually by WhatsApp or email. We use them only to prepare your mockup, quote and order, and to contact you about it.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions on our site (for example page views, products viewed, adding to cart and contacting us) so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may combine this with other information it holds. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info (USA) or youradchoices.ca (Canada), or block cookies in your browser.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms (Meta Lead Ads)

We may run ads on Facebook and Instagram that include an instant form (a Meta lead form) for requesting a quote, a free design mockup or more information. If you submit one of these forms, Meta Platforms, Inc. collects the details you enter and shares them with Gallian Sports. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, state or province, team or organization name, sport, number of players or pieces, the date you need the uniforms, and any message you add. Meta also tells us which ad and form you used.

How we use your information

We use the details you send us, through our website, WhatsApp, email or a Meta lead form, only to:

• reply to your request and prepare your mockup, quote and order;
• contact you about that request by email, phone, WhatsApp or text message;
• send occasional offers or updates about Gallian Sports, only if you asked for them or are an existing customer, and you can opt out at any time;
• measure and improve our advertising, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and fulfil your order, such as our manufacturing partner, shipping carriers, email and messaging providers (for example Google and WhatsApp), and Meta for advertising measurement. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and lead-form details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually up to 7 years). We then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights (USA and Canada)

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. This includes rights under US state privacy laws (such as California, Virginia and Colorado) and Canada's PIPEDA. Email sportsgallian@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we reply within 30 days. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any message or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Security and children

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including access limited to the people who handle your order. Our website and forms are not directed at children under 13. Orders for youth teams should be placed by a coach, parent or adult organizer.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sportsgallian@gmail.com. We do not sell your personal information. We keep order records only as long as needed for the order, warranty and legal requirements.
