Lightweight Custom Uniforms for Arizona Teams

Arizona coaches have one question before any other: will this fabric hold up in the heat? Gallian Sports supplies sublimated, breathable uniforms to football programs, club soccer teams, travel baseball squads and flag football leagues in Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale. We are based in Ellicott City, Maryland and ship statewide, with a free design mockup in under 24 hours and production plus shipping of about 3–4 weeks once you approve and pay.

Why does Arizona play so much of its sport outside the summer?

Triple-digit temperatures push a lot of Arizona athletics into early mornings, evenings and the cooler months. Football under the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) starts in August heat, which is why many programs pick lighter sublimated football jerseys over thick twill. Soccer is a winter high school sport here, so club and school teams in the Valley often order kits in the fall, right as temperatures finally ease.

Spring training gives Arizona a baseball culture few states can match, with Cactus League games around Phoenix every February and March. Youth and travel baseball uniforms are a steady request, as are girls flag football uniforms, a sport that has grown quickly across Arizona schools and leagues. Sun protection comes up constantly too: arm sleeves, light compression tops and caps are popular add-ons, while heavy outerwear is mostly limited to winter nights up in Flagstaff and Prescott.

Arizona season calendar: when to order uniforms

• Football: Arizona high school football begins practice in late July and plays from August into November. Approve your design by mid-June.
• Soccer: High school soccer in Arizona runs in the winter, roughly November through February. Order by early October for new kits.
• Baseball: The spring baseball season opens around February. Place your order before the holiday break to beat the rush.
• Flag Football: Girls flag football dates differ by school and league, so check your schedule and order at least five weeks ahead of the opener.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 20-player girls flag football team in Chandler

• 20 × 7v7 Compression Uniform Package at $90.95 = $1,819.00
• Uniform subtotal: $1,819.00, or about $90.95 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.
