Custom Uniforms for Illinois Teams and Leagues

Illinois teams order custom uniforms for everything from suburban Chicago hockey to downstate baseball. Gallian Sports, based in Ellicott City, Maryland, ships to Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Rockford, Joliet, Peoria and Springfield. Football uniforms, hockey jerseys, basketball sets, lacrosse pinnies and outerwear are the usual requests, each with a free mockup within 24 hours and names and numbers sublimated at no extra charge.

How does Illinois sports culture change from Chicago to downstate?

Chicagoland is a hockey and basketball hub. Youth and club hockey programs fill suburban rinks every winter, and city basketball has a long record of producing college and pro players. High school sports are run by the Illinois High School Association (IHSA), whose football playoffs end with state title games in late November. Soccer is big in the suburbs too, where large clubs field many teams per age group and order kits every fall and spring.

Downstate, Friday night football and spring baseball anchor small-town calendars, and summer travel ball is popular statewide. Lacrosse keeps growing in the northern suburbs. Chicago is also home to 16-inch softball, a local tradition played without gloves, and league teams order softball jerseys each summer. Illinois winters are cold and windy, so teams often add hoodies, tracksuits and varsity jackets, while early-season football games call for lighter jerseys before temperatures drop in October.

What you pay, how fast it ships, and how payment works

Prices stay low because there is no middleman: you order straight from the maker, with no setup fees and no charge for player names and numbers on sublimated uniforms. Mixed youth and adult sizes count together toward the 8%, 15% and 22% volume discounts.

Turnaround is fast: a free design mockup inside 24 hours, then about 3–4 weeks for production and delivery, or roughly 2 weeks if you choose rush.

Payment is safe and predictable. Nothing is charged before you sign off on the mockup and a line-by-line quote. Once approved, you pay the full amount upfront by the method shown on the quote, and we start production. Verified production defects reported within 14 days get a credit note or return (see the payment policy and return policy).
