Payment policy

How payment works for custom Gallian Sports team orders.

100% payment upfront

All Gallian Sports custom orders are paid in full, 100% upfront, before production starts. There is no deposit-and-balance option: production is scheduled once full payment is received.

When you pay

  1. Free mockup. We send your design mockup within 24 hours. Revisions are free and there is nothing to pay at this stage.
  2. Approve and confirm. You approve the design, names, numbers, sizes and quantities, and we send your final quote in USD with shipping (and, for Canada, duties and taxes) shown.
  3. Pay 100% of the order total. Payment instructions are on your quote.
  4. Production starts. The 3–4 week delivery time (about 2 weeks for rush) counts from the day full payment is received.

Prices and currency

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Canadian dollar prices on the site are approximate (1 USD ≈ 1.41 CAD); your quote confirms the final amount. Tackle twill (+$6) and embroidery (+$4) are listed on the quote when they apply. See the price list.

Changes after payment

Once production has started, designs, sizes and quantities can't be changed. Players who join late can be added on a later order of 10 or more.

If something goes wrong

If anything arrives with a production defect, report it within 14 days of delivery with full photo or video evidence. Once verified, we issue a credit note against your next order or accept a return. Read the full return policy.
