Custom Team Uniforms for California Clubs and High Schools

California is big enough that a uniform order from San Diego and one from Sacramento can look nothing alike. Gallian Sports, a custom teamwear supplier in Ellicott City, Maryland, ships statewide to Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento and everywhere in between. Club soccer kits, high school football uniforms, girls flag football sets and basketball reversibles make up most requests, all with free sublimated names and numbers.

What does California's youth sports landscape look like?

Club soccer is enormous in California, with competitive academies and recreational leagues fielding teams from the youngest age groups to adults, and many clubs order full soccer kits with home, away and goalkeeper jerseys. High school sports run through the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and its regional sections, and in much of the state high school soccer is played during the winter months.

Football remains a fall staple from Orange County to the Central Valley, and the rise of girls flag football in high schools has created a wave of first-time uniform orders. Basketball, baseball and lacrosse all have busy club circuits as well. The coast stays mild, so lightweight jerseys work nearly year-round, yet inland valleys bake in late summer and mountain towns see real winters, which is why many teams add team jackets or hoodies for night games.

What do custom uniforms cost in California?

These are the per-piece prices California teams pay for the uniforms they order most. Every size of one design counts toward the volume breaks.

Tackle twill names and numbers add $6 per piece and an embroidered logo adds $4. See every product on the full price list.

Ordering on time for California seasons

• Soccer: High school soccer in much of California runs from November into February, while club seasons often start in late summer. Order four to five weeks before your first match.
• Football: Fall football practice begins in late July or early August. Approve your mockup in June.
• Flag Football: Girls flag football season dates differ between CIF sections and leagues, so confirm your schedule and order about five weeks before the opener.
• Basketball: Winter basketball typically starts in November. Lock in sizes by early October.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 22-player U14 club soccer team in San Diego

• 22 × Soccer Home & Away Uniform Package at $75.95 = $1,670.90
• Uniform subtotal: $1,670.90, or about $75.95 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.

Reasonable prices, quick manufacturing and secure payment

Reasonable prices. Gallian sells factory-direct, so there is no distributor or local dealer markup, no setup or art fee, and sublimated names, numbers and logos cost nothing extra. Every size of one design counts toward the 25, 50 and 100-piece breaks.

Quick manufacturing. You get a free mockup within 24 hours. Production and shipping take about 3–4 weeks after approval, or about 2 weeks on rush.
