Custom Team Uniforms for Alabama Schools, Clubs and Leagues

Football gear tops the list for most Alabama teams, but the requests coming in from Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile and Tuscaloosa cover far more than Friday nights. Gallian Sports, a custom teamwear supplier in Ellicott City, Maryland, ships sublimated jerseys, baseball sets, basketball uniforms and spirit hoodies to schools, rec leagues and travel programs across the state. A free design mockup comes back within 24 hours, and the minimum is just 10 pieces per design.

What makes Alabama's team sports scene different?

Football sets the calendar here. The Iron Bowl rivalry between Alabama and Auburn splits households every November, and that same intensity runs through high school stadiums governed by the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA). Booster clubs and youth leagues often want football uniforms that echo a school's colors down to the stripe pattern, plus practice jerseys tough enough for August two-a-days in serious heat. Youth tackle and flag leagues around Birmingham and Huntsville order much the same way, often a full set for every age group.

Spring belongs to the diamond. Travel baseball and fastpitch softball run deep from the Gulf Coast to the Tennessee Valley, and long tournament weekends make breathable sublimated fabric a better bet than heavy knits. Basketball fills the winter gyms, and plenty of programs add reversible basketball jerseys for practice. Because Alabama winters stay fairly mild, teams lean toward hoodies and light jackets instead of heavy outerwear, saving the varsity jacket order for seniors.

Ordering on time for Alabama seasons

• Football: Alabama high school football typically kicks off in late August and runs into November playoffs. Approve your design by early July so jerseys land before fall camp wraps up.
• Baseball: Spring baseball usually opens in February. Lock in uniforms by early January, since production and shipping take about 3–4 weeks after approval.
• Basketball: Games start around November. Ordering in late September leaves room for sizing changes inside the standard production window.
• Soccer: AHSAA soccer is played in the spring, starting around February, while club teams also run fall seasons. Get kits ordered five to six weeks before your first match.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 16-player 14U travel baseball team in Mobile

• 16 × Sublimated Baseball Uniforms at $68.99 = $1,103.84
• 16 × Custom Baseball Caps at $13.99 = $223.84
• Uniform subtotal: $1,327.68, or about $82.98 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.

Reasonable prices, quick manufacturing and secure payment

Reasonable prices. Gallian sells factory-direct, so there is no distributor or local dealer markup, no setup or art fee, and sublimated names, numbers and logos cost nothing extra. Every size of one design counts toward the 25, 50 and 100-piece breaks.

Quick manufacturing. You get a free mockup within 24 hours. Production and shipping take about 3–4 weeks after approval, or about 2 weeks on rush.

Secure payment. You pay nothing until you have approved the mockup, the roster and an itemized quote. The order is then paid 100% upfront using the instructions on the quote, and production starts when payment arrives. Production defects reported within 14 days are covered by our return policy.
