Custom Flag Football & 7v7 Uniforms: buyer's guide

Why compression wins in 7v7

Loose jerseys cover flags and give defenders something to grab. Compression jerseys keep the flag belt clear and look sharp in highlight clips.

Girls' flag football

Girls' high school flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the USA; we cut women's fits in every design.

7v7 package

The 7v7 Compression Package includes uniform, compression shirt, gloves, headband, arm sleeves and backpack per player.

Flag football buying guide: compression fit, flag belts and girls' programs

Why flag teams wear compression

In flag football, a loose jersey can cover the flags or give a defender fabric to grab. That is why most 7v7 and flag teams wear compression tops. Our 7v7 Compression Jerseys start at $23.39 at 100+ pieces. They fit close to the body, so the flags stay visible and the jersey stays tucked. Sublimated printing keeps logos and numbers flexible, so they stretch with the fabric instead of cracking.

Shorts, belts and sleeves

Flag Football Compression Shorts start at $16.37 and sit cleanly under a flag belt. Some leagues do not allow shorts with pockets, since pockets can hide or snag flags. Check your league rules before ordering, and tell us if pockets must be left off. Custom Football Arm Sleeves start at $7.79 and are popular with receivers and quarterbacks who want team colours on the arm. The 7v7 Compression Uniform Package starts at $70.94 per player, or roughly CAD $100.03.

Sizing for girls and youth teams

Girls' flag football is growing fast at the high school level in several states, and youth leagues run in both countries. Compression sizing should feel snug but not restrict breathing or arm movement. Measure chest and waist for every player, and record height for younger kids. If a player is between sizes, go up for comfort. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed on one order and count together toward the 10-piece minimum.

Season timing

Spring and summer 7v7 events fill up fast, so send artwork about six weeks before your first tournament. Girls' high school seasons vary by state, so check your calendar and work back from the first game. Delivery is about 3 to 4 weeks after mockup approval, or 2 weeks on rush. Names and numbers are included in the sublimated price. Wash compression pieces in cold water and hang them to dry to protect the stretch.
