How do Winnipeg community clubs and Manitoba schools plan uniforms?

Manitoba winters are long and cold, and that makes the rink the heart of many neighbourhoods. In Winnipeg, community clubs run hockey, ringette and outdoor rinks, while towns across the province organize around their arena. Our hockey jerseys start at $45.99 (≈ CA$64.85) with names and numbers included, and a full jersey, socks and pant shell package is available too.

Indoors, basketball and volleyball are major MHSAA sports, and many high schools need home and away sets every few years. Basketball uniforms start at $36.99 (≈ CA$52.16) for jersey and shorts. Football has a loyal following in Winnipeg at every level, from minor teams to high school. Manitoba also has a long-standing francophone community centred in Saint-Boniface and towns such as Saint-Pierre-Jolys and Sainte-Anne; French names and bilingual crests print exactly as written. Teams in Thompson or fly-in communities should allow extra delivery time.

When should Manitoba teams order?

• Hockey: Community club registration usually closes in early fall. Approve a mockup in August so jerseys arrive by the time outdoor rinks open.
• School basketball: MHSAA basketball is played in winter. Request a design in September for delivery before the first tournaments.
• Football: Minor and high school football starts in August. Send sizes by late May to have uniforms before camp.
• Soccer and baseball: Outdoor seasons run roughly May to August. Order in February to avoid being caught short when registration closes.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 14-player high school basketball team in Brandon

• 14 × Basketball Home & Away Uniform Package at $90.95 = $1,273.30 (≈ CA$1,795.35)
• Uniform subtotal: $1,273.30 (≈ CA$1,795.35), or about $90.95 per player, before shipping, duties and taxes. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.
