Straight answers about ordering custom uniforms from Gallian Sports for teams in the USA and Canada.
Who is Gallian Sports?
Gallian Sports is a custom teamwear brand based at 8555 Falls Run Road, Ellicott City, Maryland. It designs and makes custom uniforms for 19 sports, team packages and team apparel for schools, clubs, leagues and adult teams across the USA and Canada.
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per design (100 for tote bags). Youth and adult sizes can be mixed, and extra players can be added later from the same artwork.
How fast will I get a mockup?
Within 24 hours of sending your logo, colors and idea. Mockups and revisions are free, with no obligation to order.
How long does production and delivery take?
About 3–4 weeks after you approve the mockup and roster. A 2-week rush is available on request.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to every Canadian province. Canadian shipping and any import duties are shown on your quote before you pay, and approximate CA$ prices are shown on every product page.
Are names and numbers included?
Yes. On sublimated uniforms, player names, numbers, team logos and sponsor logos are included at no extra cost. Tackle twill numbers are +$6 and embroidered logos +$4 per piece.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process that dyes the design into polyester fabric with heat. Nothing sits on top of the fabric, so logos and numbers cannot crack, peel or fade, and unlimited colors cost the same.
How does bulk pricing work?
Every product has four quantity tiers: 10–24, 25–49 (8% off), 50–99 (15% off) and 100+ (22% off). Fan, coach and parent items on the same order count toward your tier.
Which sports do you make uniforms for?
American football, ice hockey, lacrosse, flag football and 7v7, basketball, baseball, softball, pickleball, cricket, wrestling, track and cross country, cheerleading, soccer, rugby, esports, golf, cycling and varsity jackets.
Do you make youth sizes?
Yes. Youth YS–YXL and adult XS–3XL are available on almost every product, and women's fits are available for most uniforms.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file so you can reorder or add new players at any time.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to your design, custom items can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives with a production defect, tell us within 14 days of delivery with full photo or video evidence and, once verified, we issue a credit note against your next order or accept a return.
