Custom Team Uniforms for Montana Schools, Clubs and Rec Leagues

Montana teams cover a lot of ground, from Class AA programs in Billings and Missoula to small-town gyms on the Hi-Line. Gallian Sports ships custom uniforms to all of them from Ellicott City, Maryland. Coaches in Bozeman, Great Falls and Butte order sublimated football jerseys, basketball sets, youth hockey jerseys and warm varsity jackets, with every name, number and logo printed in at no extra cost and a 10-piece minimum per design.

What does a Montana sports year look like?

It looks like football first and basketball through the winter. Montana's high school football runs from 11-player Class AA down to 8-man and 6-man in small towns, and a smaller roster still needs a matched set, which is where a 10-piece minimum helps. College rivalry runs deep too: the Brawl of the Wild between the Montana Grizzlies and Montana State Bobcats colors many fall Saturdays. Order custom football uniforms in early summer so they arrive before August practice.

Once the snow settles in, packed gyms take over, and girls' and boys' tournaments draw whole towns. Youth and junior hockey keep rinks busy in Billings, Missoula, Bozeman and Great Falls, so sublimated hockey jerseys are a steady winter order. Long, cold bus rides between towns make a varsity or puffer jacket more than a style piece. Check MHSA rules for your class and sport with your athletic director; Gallian builds to the specs you send.

When should Montana teams order?

• Football: Montana practices open in mid-August, so approve your mockup by early July to leave room for the 3–4 week production window.
• Basketball: Seasons tip off in early December; get sizes in by late October so uniforms land before the first road trip.
• Hockey: Youth rinks fill from October to March. Order in August or early September to start the season in new jerseys.
• Soccer: Fall high school soccer starts with football in August, and spring club play follows the thaw; order about six weeks before your first match.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 16-player 8-man football team near Great Falls

• 16 × Sublimated Football Uniforms (jersey + pants) at $59.99 = $959.84
• 16 × Custom Team Puffer Jackets at $70.99 = $1,135.84
• Uniform subtotal: $2,095.68, or about $130.98 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.

Reasonable prices, quick manufacturing and secure payment

Reasonable prices. Gallian sells factory-direct, so there is no distributor or local dealer markup, no setup or art fee, and sublimated names, numbers and logos cost nothing extra. Every size of one design counts toward the 25, 50 and 100-piece breaks.

Quick manufacturing. You get a free mockup within 24 hours. Production and shipping take about 3–4 weeks after approval, or about 2 weeks on rush.
