How to use the team order form
- Enter your team name and the product you want, for example a sublimated basketball uniform or a soccer home & away package.
- Add one row per player: the name for the back, the number and the size. Leave the name blank if you only want numbers.
- Check the size totals and the duplicate-number warning under the table.
- Download the CSV, print the sheet for parents, or send the roster on WhatsApp. Your entries stay in this browser until you clear them.
Getting sizes right
Youth sizes run YS to YXL and adult sizes XS to 3XL, and the two can be mixed in one order.
