Custom Team Uniforms Across North Carolina

Basketball may be the state religion, but North Carolina teams order much more than hoops gear. Gallian Sports makes custom uniforms for school, AAU and club teams in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Durham and Winston-Salem. Triangle lacrosse clubs order pinnies, Charlotte soccer academies order full kits, and football programs from the mountains to the coast order game sets, with every name and number included in the price.

Is North Carolina really a basketball-first state?

Mostly, yes. The Duke–North Carolina rivalry along Tobacco Road is one of the best known in college sports, and NC State and Wake Forest add more ACC history. That passion trickles down to middle school gyms and AAU circuits, so basketball uniforms and reversible practice jerseys are the most common order from the state.

The rest of the calendar is just as full. High school football draws big crowds on Friday nights, the Hurricanes have built a solid youth hockey base around Raleigh, and lacrosse has grown fast in the Triangle and Charlotte suburbs. Soccer is especially strong, with large youth clubs and pro and college teams to follow, so custom soccer uniforms are a year-round order. Long, humid summers favor light sublimated fabric, and mild winters keep lacrosse and baseball outdoors early. For NCHSAA uniform rules, your coach or athletic director should confirm current requirements.

When should North Carolina teams order?

• Basketball: High school seasons tip off in November and AAU starts in March; order six to eight weeks before each.
• Football: Practices open around August 1, so approve your design in June.
• Soccer: Boys play high school soccer in the fall and girls in the spring, while club seasons run both. Order about six weeks ahead of your first match.
• Lacrosse: Spring seasons start in late February; send sizes by early January.

Allow about 3–4 weeks from approval to delivery, plus a few days to collect sizes. Our timeline guide walks through each step.

Example order: a 12-player 15U AAU basketball team in Charlotte

• 12 × Basketball Home & Away Uniform Package at $90.95 = $1,091.40
• 12 × Basketball Shooter Shirts at $25.99 = $311.88
• Uniform subtotal: $1,403.28, or about $116.94 per player, before shipping and any sales tax. Names, numbers and logos included.

If the club orders the same design for more teams and reaches 25 pieces, every piece drops 8%; at 50 pieces it drops 15%.
