Where we ship

Gallian Sports ships custom team orders to all 50 US states and every Canadian province and territory. Your shipping cost is quoted with your order before you pay.

How long it takes

• Free mockup: within 24 hours of receiving your logo and idea.
• Production + delivery: about 3–4 weeks after you approve the mockup, sizes and roster.
• Rush: about 2 weeks, on request (subject to confirmation).

Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders ship to your door. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage are shown on your quote so there are no surprises on delivery. Product pages show approximate prices in Canadian dollars (1 USD ≈ 1.41 CAD); your quote confirms the final amount.

Payment

Custom orders are paid 100% upfront after you approve the mockup; production and the 3–4 week delivery time start once full payment is received. See our payment policy.

Returns and defects

Custom items can't be returned for change of mind or for details approved on the mockup. If anything arrives with a production defect, report it within 14 days of delivery with full photo or video evidence; once verified, we issue a credit note against your next order or accept a return. See our return policy.
