How is a team bag personalised?
The panels are dye-sublimated, so the club crest, sponsor logos and the colourway are printed into the fabric and will not crack or peel. Player names and numbers are added per bag at no extra cost from the roster you upload. Embroidered crests are available at +$4 per bag for programs that want a stitched badge on a solid-colour body. The mockup shows the bag from the front, side and back so the club can see exactly where each logo sits.
Why match bags to the uniform program?
Clubs that buy bags separately from uniforms usually end up with a stock bag in a near-miss colour and a vinyl logo that peels after a season. Printing the bag from the same artwork file as the jersey gives an exact colour match and lets the club add bags to the registration package at a known price. For leagues and tournaments, a branded bag is also the piece that travels: it is seen at school, at the rink and on the bus, which is why many programs treat it as their main merchandise item.
Construction and materials
Shells are 600D polyester with a water-resistant coating, 210D lining, reinforced base, SBS zips with branded pullers, padded adjustable straps and a top grab handle. Sublimated panels use the same 600D base so the print sits flat. Backpacks are about 30 L and 48 cm tall; duffles are about 50 L. Gallian can supply a pre-production bag sample for programs above 100 pieces.
When should clubs order bags?
Bags take the same 3–4 weeks as uniforms, so order them with the kit and they arrive together. For school teams, the back-to-school window means approving in June; for winter sports, September. Reorders for new players use the stored artwork.
