What slows orders down

• Waiting on sizes. The most common delay is a missing roster. Send a shared sheet to parents or players on day one and set a deadline.
• Late design changes. Changes after approval mean new print files. Agree the design with coaches or the board before you approve.
• Low-resolution logos. A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal. If you only have a photo, we can redraw it, which adds a day or two.
• Peak season. Late summer (fall sports) and January–February (spring sports) are the busiest months. Ordering early protects your date.

When to order for each season

Do you need a rush order?

If your first game is less than 4 weeks away, ask for rush production before you approve the mockup. Rush delivery takes about 2 weeks after approval. We will confirm the delivery date in writing so you know it will arrive in time.

How to get your uniforms faster

1. Request a free mockup as soon as you know your colors.
2. Collect sizes with our youth and adult sizing guide while the design is being finalized.
3. Approve the design and roster in one message.
4. Choose a bundle deal so jerseys, shorts and socks ship together.

Why custom uniforms take longer than stock gear

Stock jerseys are already made and only need a logo added. Custom sublimated uniforms are made to order: the design is printed onto transfer paper, pressed onto fabric, cut into panels and sewn together for each player's size, then checked before packing. That process is what lets every jersey carry your own colors, names and numbers, and it is why most custom suppliers quote several weeks.

A realistic example

Here is how a typical spring baseball order runs with Gallian when the first game is on April 5:

• February 10: the coach sends the logo and colors and asks for a mockup.
• February 11: the mockup arrives. The coach shares it with the board.
• February 14: one revision, then approval. The roster sheet goes to parents.
• February 21: sizes, names and numbers are confirmed and the order is paid.
• Mid-March: the uniforms arrive, about 3–4 weeks after approval, with time to spare.

The same order started on March 15 would need rush production to arrive in time.

Reorders and new players

Teams often need a few extra jerseys during the season. Because your artwork is saved, reorders skip the design step and go straight into production. A small reorder follows the same production time, so order spares in your first order if you expect new players.

Checklist: what to have ready before you order

• Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or a clear image.
• Team colors, ideally with Pantone or hex codes.
• Your league's uniform rules on numbers and colors.
• A rough player count and the pieces each player needs.
• The date of your first game and the shipping address.

What happens if uniforms arrive late or wrong?

We confirm the delivery date in writing when you approve. Production defects reported within 14 days of delivery are settled, once verified with photo or video evidence, with a credit note against a future order or a return; see our shipping and returns policy. Because custom uniforms are made to your design and sizes, there are no change-of-mind returns, which is another reason to check the roster carefully before approving.
