How to order custom team uniforms in 7 steps

Step 1: Set your budget and quantity

Count players plus 1–2 spares for new players. Quantity changes the price: at Gallian, orders of 25–49 pieces get 8% off, 50–99 get 15% off and 100+ get 22% off. Combining age groups or home and away sets can move you into a cheaper tier.

Step 2: Choose the uniform style

Decide on the pieces each player needs: jersey only, jersey and shorts or pants, or a full package with socks, warm-ups and bags. Packages are usually the best value; see our bundle deals, such as the American Football Team Bundle or Soccer Home & Away Package.

Step 3: Prepare your logo and colors

• Send a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one. A clear PNG or photo also works; we can redraw it.
• Name your team colors, ideally with Pantone or hex codes.
• Note any sponsor logos and league rules on numbers or colors.

Step 4: Get a free mockup

Request a free design mockup. Gallian sends it within 24 hours, and you can ask for changes until it is right. Share it with coaches or the board before approving.

Step 5: Collect sizes, names and numbers

Step 6: Approve and pay

Check spelling of every name, number duplicates and size counts, then approve. Production starts after approval and payment. Order requests are confirmed by WhatsApp or email.

Step 7: Production and delivery

Standard delivery is about 3–4 weeks after approval to any US state or Canadian province; rush is about 2 weeks. When the box arrives, check every piece. Production defects reported within 14 days are settled, once verified with photo or video evidence, with a credit note against a future order or a return (see shipping and returns).

Common mistakes to avoid

• Approving before every coach has seen the design.
• Forgetting spare jerseys for players who join mid-season.
• Duplicate numbers on the roster.

Example: a 15-player soccer team order

Here is what an order looks like in practice for a youth soccer club:

• Players: 15, plus 2 spares = 17 kits.
• Choice: the Soccer Home & Away Package at $75.95 per player (10–24 tier).
• Total: 17 × $75.95 = $1,291.15 before shipping.
• Timeline: mockup the next day, approval in a week, uniforms about 3–4 weeks later.

If the club adds its second team to the same order (34 kits in total), every package drops to the 25–49 tier, 8% off.

Questions to ask any uniform supplier

• Is the design mockup free, and how many revisions are included?
• Are names and numbers included in the price?
• What is the minimum order, and can we mix youth and adult sizes?
• When will the order arrive, and is the date confirmed in writing?
• Can we reorder single pieces later from the same design?
• What happens if there is a production defect?
• For Canadian teams: are shipping, duties and brokerage included in the quote?

Paying for team uniforms

Teams pay for uniforms in different ways: a club budget, player fees, sponsors or fundraisers. If parents are paying, collect payment along with the roster sheet so the order is not held up. If a sponsor is paying, a sponsor logo on the sleeve or back can be added at no extra cost with sublimation.

Uniforms for more than one team

Clubs with several age groups or teams usually order everything in one go. It keeps colors and designs consistent across the club, makes one delivery, and pushes the order into a cheaper quantity tier. Each team can still have its own names and numbers, and youth and adult sizes can be mixed.
