Most teams pay per jersey, and the price falls as the order grows. These are Gallian's current prices for a fully sublimated game jersey (heavyweight air-knit body, fight strap and dimple-mesh underarms):

Canadian teams see the same prices with an approximate CAD figure (we use 1 USD = 1.41 CAD); shipping and any duties to Canada are shown on the quote before you pay.

What is included in the price

• Full custom design. Colors, stripes, crest, shoulder yoke and sleeve graphics are dyed into the fabric with sublimation, so there is no extra charge per color.
• Player names and numbers on the back, front or sleeves.
• A free design mockup within 24 hours, with revisions before anything is made.
• Youth to adult 3XL sizing, mixed freely in one order.

What makes hockey jerseys cost more (or less)

1. Decoration method

Sublimation is usually the best value for hockey because the whole jersey is printed in one process. Stitched tackle-twill numbers or crests look traditional but add cost: at Gallian, tackle twill is +$6 per jersey and embroidery is +$4. 2. Fabric and construction

Game jerseys use a heavier, abrasion-resistant knit than practice jerseys. Features such as a fight strap, reinforced elbows and mesh underarm panels add durability for contact play.

3. Quantity

Ordering home and away sets together, or combining several age groups in one order, often moves you into a cheaper tier. A club with three teams of 15 players ordering 45 jerseys pays the 25–49 price on every jersey.

4. Delivery time

Standard production and delivery takes about 3–4 weeks after you approve the mockup. Rush orders of about 2 weeks are possible; ask before you approve so we can confirm the date. See how long custom uniforms take.

Sublimated vs stock hockey jerseys: what you get for the money

You will see two kinds of team hockey jersey on the market. Stock jerseys are blank jerseys in a catalog color that are decorated afterwards with a crest and numbers. Fully custom sublimated jerseys are printed from your own design before the jersey is cut and sewn, so every stripe, yoke, shoulder patch and sleeve number is exactly where you want it.

Stock jerseys can look cheaper per piece, but the price climbs once you add a stitched crest, back numbers, sleeve numbers and names. Each of those is a separate decoration step. With sublimation, all of them are already in the print, so the price you see is the price you pay. Sublimation also lets you use your exact team colors instead of the closest stock color.

Youth, adult and goalie jerseys in one order

Hockey clubs often outfit several age groups at once. At Gallian you can mix youth and adult sizes from youth to adult 3XL in one order, and every jersey counts toward the same quantity tier. A club with a U10, U12 and U14 team ordering 48 jerseys pays the 25–49 price for all of them.

Goalies wear the same design as the team, but they usually need a size larger so the jersey fits over chest and arm protection. Note each goalie on your roster so we can check the size with you before production.

Home and away sets

Most leagues require a dark and a light jersey so teams can be told apart. There are three common ways to handle it:

• Two separate jerseys per player, in reversed colors. This is the most common setup for travel and adult league teams.
• The Game Day Package, which includes home and away jerseys plus shell pants, two pairs of socks and a backpack for $115.95 per player at the 10–24 tier.
• Pinnies over a single jersey for house-league teams on a tight budget.

How long a hockey jersey lasts

A heavyweight sublimated game jersey should last several seasons of regular play. The print cannot crack or peel, so wear usually shows first at the elbows and cuffs, where players hit the boards and the ice. To make jerseys last longer:

• Wash them cold, inside out, and hang them to dry.
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener, which weakens the fibers.
• Do not leave wet jerseys packed in an equipment bag overnight.
• Keep a few spare jerseys in common sizes for new players and replacements.

Hidden costs to ask any supplier about

When you compare quotes, check whether each of these is included:

• Artwork or setup fees, and the cost of design revisions.
• Extra charges for names, numbers, sleeve numbers or shoulder patches.
• Size upcharges for 2XL and 3XL.
• Shipping, and for Canadian teams, duties and brokerage fees.
• The cost of reordering a single jersey later.
