Product description: Gecko Graphite and Volt Rec League Hockey Jersey

Quick answer: Gallian Sports makes the Gecko Graphite and Volt Rec League Hockey Jersey to order — jersey (front, back, shoulder and sleeve numbers) — in 260 GSM sublimated polyester pro-mesh (air-knit option), ice-hockey cut with room for shoulder and elbow pads, reinforced elbows, V-neck collar; fight strap optional. Tentative prices start at $35.09 per piece (about CA$49.48) with a 10-piece minimum, a free 24-hour design mockup and 3–4 week delivery anywhere in the USA and Canada.

Graphite facets and volt

The body is covered in gray and charcoal low-poly facets, like a 3D render. A black yoke covers the shoulders, and volt green side panels run from the armpit to the hem. The hem and sleeves carry volt, black and gray stripes. The crest shows a grinning gecko gripping a stick across a badge reading CUSTOM HOCKEY LEAGUE. The crest, the CUSTOM name bar and the number 77 are placeholders. White numbers with volt outlines carry your roster on the back, sleeves and shoulders.

Game nights versus practice

Adult rec teams usually wear one jersey for games and anything for drop-in or practice ice. This design is a game-night jersey: the volt panels make teammates easy to spot during a fast line change. For practice, some teams order a cheaper plain set in the same colors. Since graphite and black hide scuffs and tape marks, the Gecko holds up well when a team only owns one jersey. It counts as a dark jersey in most leagues, contrasting with white and light opponents.

Co-ed and late-night leagues

Co-ed and late-night leagues mix players of every size and skill level. Women's cut sizing can be mixed with adult sizes up to 3XL on the same order, and youth sizes are there for younger teammates on family teams. Each design needs at least 10 pieces. Sponsor logos for the bar or restaurant that hosts post-game are included at no extra cost. Teams in Michigan, Illinois and the Greater Toronto Area often run fall and winter sessions, so order a few weeks before the session starts.

Care between sessions

Rec players often throw jerseys in a gear bag after a 10 p.m. game. Take the jersey out, hang it to dry and wash it inside out in cold water within a day or two. Do not use bleach on the volt panels, as it can dull neon colors. Hang dry instead of using a hot dryer. Sublimated colors are part of the fiber, so they will not crack, and cool care keeps the volt bright for many sessions.
