About custom fight shorts and muay thai shorts for gyms

Gallian makes two styles of custom fight shorts: stretch MMA shorts from $25 a pair and traditional satin Muay Thai shorts from $24 a pair at 100 or more, each with a 10-pair minimum per design. Both carry your gym name, logo and colours, and both come in youth and adult sizes.

MMA shorts are priced at $36 for 10 to 24 pairs, $32 for 25 to 49, $28 for 50 to 99 and $25 for 100 and above. Muay Thai shorts follow $34, $30, $27 and $24 across the same breaks. In Canadian dollars that is about CAD 34 to CAD 51 per pair at a 1.41 reference rate, and these figures are tentative starting prices.

The two styles are built for different jobs. Our MMA shorts use 180 GSM 4-way stretch polyester-spandex with a stretch crotch gusset, so wrestling shots, sprawls and guard work feel unrestricted. They close with a hook-and-loop fly plus a drawstring and have side splits for kicking. You can go lighter with 160 GSM, or step up to a 200 GSM microfibre peach-finish fabric for about 10 percent more.

Muay Thai shorts are cut shorter and wider in classic polyester satin, with a 4-inch elastic waistband, side splits and a piped hem. The waistband patch is ideal for your gym name. Choose premium heavyweight satin for a richer sheen at around 10 percent extra, or satin with mesh side panels if your training space gets humid.

How do you choose? If your members grapple as well as strike, MMA shorts are the practical all-rounder. If your gym focuses on Muay Thai, kickboxing or K-1 style classes, satin shorts give the traditional look and the high leg clearance for teeps and knees. Plenty of gyms in California, Ontario and BC stock both.

Adult sizes run S to 3XL, covering waists from 28 to 42 inches on the MMA cut, and youth sizes run YS to YL. You can mix sizes within one design.
