Arenas, community rinks and house leagues in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Colorado and Pennsylvania often employ young officials who are just starting out. Giving them a rink-branded jersey helps them feel part of the operation and makes staff easy to identify. The arena logo goes on the sleeve, and the jersey can double for learn-to-skate helpers or on-ice staff during public events. Because the jerseys stay with the rink, a single order can last several seasons as officials come and go.
Equipping young officials and rink staff
Many young officials start in house leagues run by the arena itself. A rink-supplied jersey removes a cost barrier for new referees and keeps the look consistent. Order at least 30 in mixed adult sizes from XS to 5XL, since many teenage officials fit adult XS or S. Store them at the rink and issue them each season. Your rink logo and a small number for tracking are included in the price. Delivery is about three to four weeks after you approve the mockup, so order before your first house league weekend.
Presentation for a community facility
Arenas host parents, sponsors and visiting teams every weekend, and staff appearance is part of the impression. Sovereign's purple and bronze trim can echo the arena's own branding, while the stripes keep officials clearly identified on the ice. If your house league is affiliated with a governing body, confirm its uniform rules on colored trim; we can revise the accents for free. The snag-resistant interlock and mesh underarms keep young refs comfortable through long Saturday schedules, from early mite games to late adult league ice.
